JJ’s Caramels began as a family recipe made quietly during the holidays. For decades, they were cooked in small batches, wrapped by hand, and shared only with family and friends.

 

Each batch takes hours to make, stirred slowly and carefully until it reaches just the perfect texture, then cut and wrapped one piece at a time. What started as a tradition at the kitchen table is still made the same way today, with simple ingredients, patience, and care.

 

Nothing fancy. Nothing mass-produced. Just caramel made the way it always has been.
